Kerry Halferty-Hardy
Kerry Halferty Hardy is a strategic advisor, lecturer, and coalition-builder whose career spans health, agriculture, energy, and diplomacy. With dual French/American nationality and proficiency in five languages, she brings a deeply international perspective to every initiative she leads. Her work focuses on connecting the right people, shaping thoughtful strategies, and designing systems-level solutions that foster liberty, economic resilience, and public well-being.
Kerry has launched or collaborated on high-impact cross-sector projects, including a European hub focused on agricultural innovation, and curated closed-door international policy forums bringing together influential voices across public and private spheres. She previously served on the management committee of an international hospital in Paris, where she led cross-border partnerships, supported new technologies and education initiatives, and expanded patient engagement. She has consulted for medical research organizations and patient advocacy groups, spoken on patient-centered communication, and advised on stakeholder messaging in Brussels. She is currently an advisor to GrayBella Capital, a healthcare-focused fund.
She teaches on NGOs & civil society in a master’s program at ESCP Business School, and serves on several nonprofit boards focused on economics and public policy. A mother of two amazing adults, she considers mentoring and working with young people one of the most rewarding parts of her professional and volunteer life.
In her spare time, Kerry paints medieval-style miniatures, a practice she finds both meditative and meaningful. As in her professional life, she finds clarity in detail, insight in historical context, and purpose in the synthesis of beauty and precision.
